Hi there. People who know me very well, know that I’m very serious about good health. This last year 2014 I made a lot of insightful discoveries on healthy living and nutrition. I would like to share these secrets with you because getting healthy has got to be one of the most wonderful things in the world. The importance of the “Mind/Body” connection really can’t be overstated. The human body is basically a “Miracle-Machine”. There is almost no limitation as to what our bodies can do. That’s the question I asked last summer: What is the limit of the mind-body connection? As my health and body improved I still haven’t come to the limits yet so I’m growing into a new level of fitness everyday, which I’ve never known before in my whole adult life. So it’s very exciting for me. I want to share a lot of things I’ve learned here in a series of articles. I hope you enjoy them. As you get truly healthy, you become more in touch with your true self. And so he developed the system later known as kung fu.
